Meet the Team!

So for all of you who read our newsletter, you were privileged to receive some awesome info last week. Specifically, I was proud to introduce you to our team: Hannah, Jack, and Eli. I know you were surprised to see how unique our members … hmmmm… look, but I want to take a minute to introduce you to the REAL Eli and Jack.

Eli, E-Pack, is an amazing man to get to know. Nonprofit specialist he works as the Volunteer Manager for Piedmont Park. He is super passionate about environmental education and the TREES in our City of Trees. Eli has helped locate, identify, measure and nominate over 50 trees for the Atlanta Champion Tree list through Trees Atlanta!

This is Eli, or E-Pack – the famous keeper of the champion tree list in Atlanta

Jack A. Rogers, Mr. Extraordinaire, is a husband, father, arts advocate, and a graduate student in the non-profit management program at GSU.  Whenever possible he loves to mix his two great loves:  music and the great outdoors.  And dogs.  Three great loves:  music and dance, the great outdoors, dogs, food, and card advantage.  OK, Jack really just likes everything and can’t wait to share it with you.

It is a true privilege working with these men. They hold community and people with the highest regard. Their enthusiasm life mixed with their passion for our green spaces, encourages me to continue on my path for community development through Atlanta green spaces.

Lastly, I’d like to introduce myself. I am a community social worker, a Atlanta BeltLine enthusiast, a community outreach specialist for the Georgia Meth Project, and a mother to an amazing little tree hugger. I love people and I live to learn- I am glad to share my passion for green space with Atlanta!

This is me jumping train and skipping outta town…. one of my many wonderful traits :) Picture was taken on a BeltLine walk in March!
